Terms of use

These terms cover your use of the AllPlay app. Using the app means accepting them.

The licence

You may use AllPlay on devices you own or control, for your own use as a parent, coach or club volunteer. You may not resell it, rent it out, or take it apart to build something else from it.

Your account

You need an account to use AllPlay, and you are responsible for keeping your sign-in to yourself. You must be 18 or over to hold one.

What you put in

The records you enter are yours. You are responsible for having the right to enter them — in particular where they concern other people's children — and for keeping to any policy your club has. You can export or delete everything at any time from Settings.

Subscriptions

  • Some features need a paid subscription. The price and the period are shown in the app before you buy.
  • Payment is taken by Apple or Google when you confirm, not by us.
  • A subscription renews automatically at the same price each period until it is cancelled.
  • Cancel any time from your Apple or Google account, or through Manage Subscription in the app's settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the period already paid for.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies, since they took the payment.

What AllPlay is not

It is a stopwatch and a notebook. It does not decide who plays, it is not a substitute for your club's own records, and the numbers it reports are only as good as the taps that produced them.

Availability

We try to keep the app and its backup working, but we cannot promise either is uninterrupted. Records are held on your phone as well as on our server, so the app keeps working when the connection does not.

Liability

AllPlay is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost records where a device has been lost, reset or damaged. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

Ending it

You can stop using AllPlay and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may end access where these terms are broken.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
