Delete some of your AllPlay data
You do not have to delete your whole AllPlay account to remove things from it. Anything you have recorded can be deleted on its own, from inside the app. The deletion is queued on the phone and sent to our database the next time AllPlay backs up, so the record is removed from the database itself rather than hidden.
What you can delete on its own, and where
| What | Where in the app | What goes with it |
|---|---|---|
| A child | Players → Delete | That child and all of their matches |
| A season | Seasons → Delete | The season and every match in it |
| A team | Teams → Delete | The team |
| A tournament | Tournaments → Delete | The tournament and all of its games |
| One game from a tournament | Open the tournament, then the delete control beside that game | That game and the minutes recorded in it |
| A training session | Training → Delete | The session and its attendance register |
Each one asks you to confirm before anything is removed, and names what will go with it.
Everything on this phone, keeping the backup
Settings → Clear This Phone removes the local copy and leaves the backup alone, so signing in again brings the season back. This is for handing a phone on, not for deleting your records.
Take a copy first
Settings → Export My Data gives you one file containing every player, match, season and training record. Deletions cannot be undone, so export before you delete anything you might want later.
By request, instead of in the app
Email hello@allplay.world from the address you signed up with, saying what you would like removed. We will do it and confirm within 30 days.
What is kept afterwards
Nothing of the deleted record. Point-in-time recovery is not enabled on our database, so there is no separate archive that deleted rows can be restored from. AllPlay keeps nothing for advertising or analytics, because it does none of either — see the privacy policy.
Deleting the account itself
To remove the account and everything in it in one go, see delete your AllPlay account.
