Delete your AllPlay account

Deleting your account removes everything, permanently: every player, match, season and training record, on your phone and on our servers, and the sign-in itself. There is no way back, so export your data first if you want to keep it (Settings → Export My Data).

From the app (immediate)

• Open AllPlay → Settings → Delete My Account
• Confirm twice — the deletion runs at once and cannot be undone

Without the app

If you no longer have the app installed, email hello@allplay.world from the address you signed up with, and we will delete the account and confirm within 30 days.

What is deleted

The account (email and sign-in), all players, matches, tournaments, goals, bench records and training attendance. Nothing about you or your children is retained afterwards. Details of what we store and why are in the privacy policy.

If you only want to remove some of it

You do not have to delete the whole account to get rid of a child, a season, a tournament or a training session. Deleting some of your data lists what can be removed on its own and where to do it.
